Stephen Sweeney - Housing Manager

Stephen has worked in local government for a number of years and is qualified as a housing
professional within the Chartered Institute of Housing. He is responsible for the team who deliver the weekly support given to all our tenants to enable them to live independently in the community.

Stephen liaises with care coordinators and other professional bodies to ensure that we are
providing a high level service to our tenants at all time.

Stephen is able to converse in a sympathetic and knowledgeable way with care coordinators and mental health professionals and ensures that his team provide continuous and regular support to our tenants, no matter how complex their needs are.

Stephen also works closely with the Operations Manager, Managing Director and Chairman to ensure that best practice and safeguarding are given priority at all times, resulting in a safe and secure environment for our tenants to live in and promoting a 'Home for Life.
