We house vulnerable individuals in their own tenancies within the community.

The kind of people we house normally suffer from enduring mental health problems and/or a
learning disability. They would need our help on an ongoing, weekly basis to live independently in the community and would require help with housing related issues.

Tenants are referred to us for housing by social services teams, community mental health teams and/or consultant psychiatrists.

The referral form below enables us to make an assessment regarding if we are the best fit for the individual.

Our experienced housing support team and management team work together to ensure the best solution is provided for each referral received.
