Fortunatus Housing Solutions is a registered charity and not for profit company.
It has a board of trustees that ensure it is compliant with delivering a safe, secure service to it's customers, within the guidelines of the Charities Commission, the Department for Work and
Pensions and the HMRC.

Ian Theobold - Chairman
Ian has a long history of providing financial advice and mentoring to successful companies in all sectors, particularly the Healthcare arena. He is nonoperational in the running of the day to
day business, but along with the other trustees, is responsible for the financial security and legislative compliance of the company.
Susan Ellison - Trustee
Susan is a qualified accountant who is responsible for overseeing the finances of the company on an operational level. She spends 1 day a month with the operational staff and MD in
ensuring financial compliance is met at all times. She works closely with the auditors, Watkinson Black, on the charities commission audit annually.
Jeanne Dentith - Trustee
Jeanne is a retired local government professional, having worked with in the quality performance arm of St Helens Revenues and Department for many years.
Jeanne is a housing benefit professional and oversaw the training, quality and development for the department, with a particular view to financial and regulation compliance. In her retirement, she is heavily involved in the running of Newton le Willows Community Hub
Claire Fouracre- Trustee
Claire is a housing and local government specialist of many years standing. She has ten years of social housing experience and managing areas including hosuing management, tenant engagement, income management and financial inclusion.
She is currently the Income Services Lead at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing and also acts as the Committe Chair (Tenant & Communications) at Wirral Methodist Housing Association.
Kimberly Harding - Trustee
Kimberly is an experienced supported living business development professional with experiencing implementing specialist servies. She has extensive knowledge of health and social care and is currently a professional lead at the charity Making Space
Kirsty Napier - Trustee
Kirsty speacialises in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management. She has a specialism and background in Housing and Homelessness and working in areas of cuckooing and county lines.
